Nestled in the heart of the Waterberg plateau, Waterberg Cottages offers its guests a haven of tranquillity, relaxation and fun, in the beautiful Bushveld. Only 2.5 hours away from Pretoria and malaria free we invite you to leave behind the stress and strain of the city and experience the unspoilt wilderness of the Waterberg Biosphere.
Waterberg Cottages is a family-orientated establishment and we have many activities to keep the kids occupied.
We have 5 self-catering cottages:
- Kudu Lodge can sleep up to 16 people. Located next to a dam with Hippo sightings and fishing spots.
- Windsong Cottage can sleep up to 11 people. This old farmhouse has been converted into a guest cottage, great for family holidays and reunions.
- Bushwillow Cottage can sleep up to 7 people. This is the newest of all the cottages; it has a beautiful view of the bushveld from all the rooms.
- Butterfly Cottage can sleep up to 4 people. It is a small, cosy and very comfortable little cottage.
All these cottages, with the exception of Kudu Lodge, have access to the pool, trampoline, jungle gym, walking trails, bird watching and other exciting activities that would keep children and families occupied.
